Blogchatter GEO may offer a GEO Certification program (the “Certification Program”) through which you may create a learner account, access course content and, if eligible, receive a certification credential issued by Blogchatter.
Access to the Certification Program is available to individuals with a valid company email address, or to Blogchatter Community members whose eligibility is verified against Blogchatter Community’s own membership records.
You are responsible for providing accurate eligibility information. We may suspend or terminate your Certification Program account, and revoke any certification issued, if we determine that eligibility criteria were not met or that false or misleading information was provided.
The GEO Certification is issued by Blogchatter and reflects completion of Blogchatter’s own course content and assessment criteria. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not an accredited academic qualification, a government-recognised certification, or a guarantee of employment, business outcomes or professional competency.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Certification Program, its content or its assessment criteria at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Content to us and that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Content does not contain information that you are not authorised to provide or process through the Service.
Blogchatter GEO relies on information and outputs generated, retrieved or made available through third-party AI platforms, search systems, websites and other external sources.
These may include, depending on the Service and plan, platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok and other AI or search platforms.

The metrics, reports and recommendations provided by Blogchatter GEO are intended to help you understand AI visibility and identify potential opportunities. They should not be treated as guarantees of future rankings, mentions, traffic, leads, sales or business results.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant information through the Service. However, we do not guarantee that all information, data, reports, AI responses, scores, rankings, recommendations or other outputs will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free.
AI systems and third-party data sources can change without notice. As a result, the results displayed through Blogchatter GEO may change even when your own website, content or business has not changed.
You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it for business, marketing, financial, legal or other decisions.
Blogchatter GEO may provide metrics such as AI Visibility Score, Hit Rate, Share of Voice, Brand Rank, competitor mentions and prompt-level performance.
These metrics are proprietary analytical measures developed for the Service and may be based on sampled prompts, AI-generated responses, third-party information and other data sources.
Such metrics are intended for comparative and informational purposes. They should not be interpreted as objective or universal measures of market share, brand value, business performance or consumer behaviour.
Recommendations generated by the Service are suggestions based on available data and should be evaluated in the context of your own business objectives and circumstances.
The Service may interact with or rely on third-party platforms, websites, APIs, search engines, AI models, analytics providers, and other third-party services in order to operate and improve the Service.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, policies or practices of any third-party platform or service. Your use of any third-party platform or service is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
The availability, functionality and features of third-party platforms referenced by the Service may change or be discontinued at any time and are outside our control.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any AI-generated content, third-party data, scores, reports or recommendations provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blogchatter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blogchatter’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Blogchatter for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Blogchatter, its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you access or use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion.
