Blogchatter GEO - AI Brand Visibility Tracking Tool | Features Overview

Users are no longer typing keywords on Google to find information; they're having deep conversations with AI chatbots to find solutions for their problems. Marketing agency Eight Oh Two published a report that found that more than one-third of consumers preferred searching with AI tools over traditional search engines.

This means that it is no longer optional for brands to be visible in conversations happening on AI platforms. The best way to know how you are doing with respect to AI visibility is to use a GEO tool that tracks your brand mentions. The GEO tools market is growing rapidly, and one of the biggest rising stars is Blogchatter GEO.

Blogchatter GEO is an all-in-one GEO solution founded in India in 2026, and it monitors visibility metrics across multiple AI platforms. Here is a quick overview of some of the main features the platform offers for companies to measure their AI brand visibility.

Dashboard View

Once you log in to the platform with your company's credentials, you reach the dashboard view. Blogchatter GEO offers a self-serve dashboard where you get an overall picture of where your brand stands across all the major AI engines.

The main metric you see is the overall visibility score, which is a score out of 100. Besides a numerical value, it also tells you if the score is good or if it needs work.

Other metrics shown on the dashboard are:

  • Hit rate - This is the percentage of AI responses that mention your brand. This tells you how frequently your brand appears to users of AI platforms
  • Share of Voice - This is a metric that measures how often your brand appears in AI responses relevant to your industry, as compared with your competitors.
  • Average rank position - This tells you your rank among tracked competitors, which is a clear indication of where you stand in your industry

Besides these, you get a snapshot of how your brand fares against the top keywords in your niche as well as a quick overview of your coverage on various AI platforms.

This entire view can be customized - you can view the results of the latest tracking session, or a monthly or weekly view. You can also manually adjust the view if you want to see the results of a specific date range.

Keyword Performance

The dashboard view offered a snapshot of the top keywords you rank for, but the Keywords tab goes into this in much more detail. You get a list of over 20 keywords that you rank for, along with specifics like visibility score, hit rate and rank. The list is sorted by visibility score, with the highest at the top.

If you'd like to know about your brand's performance for a specific keyword, you can click on it and a detailed analysis pops up on the right sidebar. Here is a look at the information available:

  • Sentiment - This tells you the sentiment for that particular keyword on each LLM platform separately, whether it is positive, negative or neutral.
  • Mention type - This tells you whether your brand features inside a list, is compared to another brand in the same niche, or is the primary recommendation for that keyword
  • SoV and Brand Rank - The Share of Voice is calculated as (your AI mentions ÷ total AI mentions across all brands in your category) × 100. Your rank is the position of your brand within AI-generated recommendations
  • Hit rate - This is a percentage of AI responses about that keyword where your brand is mentioned

Below that, you'll find a Score per AI model, which tells you how your brand performs on each platform with respect to the selected keyword. Over time, this gives you a good idea about your overall AI discoverability.

Competitor Landscape

No AI visibility analysis is complete without competitor research, and that's why there's a special tab dedicated to competitors on the Blogchatter GEO tool. At first glance, you get a clear idea of how you fare with respect to your main competitor.

The main metric here is your hit rate, measured as a number out of 1oo, which is an indication of how visible you are in AI conversations. This is directly contrasted with the hit rate of your main competitor, alongside the visibility gap, which shows how far behind you are. A smaller visibility gap means you are almost there, while a larger gap means you have a longer way to go.

The competitor table lists out the main players in your industry, along with their brand rank and visibility score. Looking at this table tells you which competitors appear alongside or instead of your brand in AI conversations. This information is important to identify competitive threats and whitespace opportunities.

Platform-Wise Analysis

Although most of us tend to talk of all AI platforms as a monolith, the fact is that each one behaves rather differently, even for the same keyword. The Blogchatter GEO tool displays your brand's overall visibility in each platform separately, and you may notice that some perform better than the rest. It is worth noting here that Blogchatter GEO is one of the few GEO tools that give access to Claude in the base version. Most others unlock Claude only at the highest tier, which is obviously the one with the most expensive pricing plan.

This is followed by the score heatmap, which shows your brand's AI visibility for specific keywords on each platform. Now, you have a much clearer picture of how your brand fares on each platform for a certain keyword. This gives you  a deeper understanding of where you need to direct your focus.

For instance, ChatGPT depends largely on Microsoft Bing as a primary search index for real-time web browsing. If your visibility on ChatGPT seems poor, you can check if your website is properly indexed on Bing. On the other hand, Gemini relies heavily on traditional SEO and Google ranking, so if Gemini is where your visibility is weak, you may have to strengthen your SEO.
